浙江海洋大学比萨海洋研究生学院(Pisa Marine Graduate School of Zhejiang Ocean University) 是中国浙江海洋大学和意大利比萨大学，基于平等互利原则，根据《中华人民共和国中外合作办学条例》以及中华人民共和国和意大利共和国其他相关法律法规，自愿开展的非营利性教育教学活动的非独立设置中外合作办学机构，于2018年9月由中华人民共和国教育部批准设立。
合作方意大利比萨大学是一所历史悠久、声誉卓著的高等学府，创立于1343年，校友中有科学巨匠伽利略、及三位诺贝尔奖获得者和一位菲尔茨奖获得者。比萨大学是一所集现代化教学科研为一体的世界一流研究型大学。比萨大学历年来在全球QS大学排名中均进入前三百位。
浙江海洋大学比萨海洋研究生学院通过引进比萨大学在高层次应用型人才培养方面的优质教育资源，以合作办学模式，为中意两国经济社会发展培养一批具有国际化视野的高素质应用型人才。学生完成项目教学计划规定的课程，经考核合格，将被授予中国浙江海洋大学和意大利比萨大学双硕士研究生学位证书。项目教育采取我校学分制和欧洲ECT学分并轨的方法，便于学生在欧盟高校攻读博士学位。学校为优秀硕士毕业生提供参加中国浙江海洋大学-意大利比萨大学联合培养博士项目的机会。
The Pisa Marine Graduate School of Zhejiang Ocean University is a non-independent Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution established through voluntary, non-profit teaching activities under the principles of equality and mutual benefit by Zhejiang Ocean University in China and the University of Pisa in Italy. It operates in accordance with the "Regulations on Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Education of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations of both the People's Republic of China and the Italian Republic. Approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in September 2018.
The collaborating institution, the University of Pisa in Italy, is a prestigious and historically renowned higher education institution founded in 1343. Among its alumni are the scientific giant Galileo, three Nobel laureates, and one Fields Medalist. The University of Pisa is a world-class research university that integrates modern teaching with cutting-edge research. It consistently ranks within the top 300 in the QS World University Rankings.
The Pisa Ocean Graduate School of Zhejiang Ocean University, through the introduction of high-quality educational resources from Pisa University in the cultivation of high-level applied talents, adopts a cooperative education model to train a group of high-quality applied professionals with international perspectives for the economic and social development of China and Italy. Upon completing the required courses in the project's teaching plan and passing the assessments, students will be awarded dual master's degree certificates from both Zhejiang Ocean University in China and the University of Pisa in Italy. The project education employs a dual credit system combining the university's own credit system and the European ECTS credits, facilitating students' pursuit of doctoral studies in EU universities. The university also provides outstanding master's graduates with opportunities to participate in the joint doctoral training program between Zhejiang Ocean University and the University of Pisa.
